I Love Autumn
I used to think spring was my favorite season. "Ooh look how green everything is! Everything is blooming!". And then I convinced myself winter was my favorite season. "How I love it when it's pouring rain outside and I'm feeling safe and warm inside". But this tree has convinced me that autumn is my favorite season.

That is quite lovely. We have one at our kids' school as well. It's got oblong narrow leaves that are bright orange. It's stunning. Each day I come, I notice that more are on the ground. One day, after a rain, I know I'm going to come to school and they'll all be gone. :-(
I think Fall and Spring are my favs too. Summer is for the birds...too hot...too much sun...not enough rain. :-)
